Domestic Shipping

At Tatvamasi Store, we ensure fast and reliable shipping across India, so you can enjoy our handcrafted collections without delay. All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays may affect delivery time.

Shipping Costs

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over INR 1,499. For orders under INR 1,499 a flat shipping rate of INR 70 applies.

International Shipping

We proudly ship our products worldwide, ensuring customers from across the globe can enjoy our unique collections. All international orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

We offer free international shipping on orders over INR 30,000. For orders under INR 30,000, a flat shipping rate of INR 2,500 applies.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time via the carrier’s website.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In case of failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
