How long will it take to receive my order?

We believe in a zero-waste policy, all our products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it takes us 3-5 business days to process it. In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

What is the status of my order/ How do I track my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation via email you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We ship pan India.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

The size guide is a standard measure for helping you find your correct size and fit. Please note that our silhouettes vary in fit – so make sure to always check the description and size guide.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Our orders are processed immediately, so once an order is shipped we will be unable to change/cancel it. If you want to change/cancel your order, kindly contact us via Instagram or e-mail

What happens if I enter a wrong shipping address?

Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, kindly contact us via Instagram or e-mail

What if an item is not the colour that I thought it would be?

Due to manipulation by a computer/phone screen, colours might slightly look different in the pictures, from the original. Rest assured, we have taken every effort to capture our garments in their truest colours.

How do I care for my Tatvamasi Store clothes?

Each Tatvamasi Store piece is hand-dyed. Every garment has care instructions listed on a physical care card enclosed with your order.

Is there a shipping fee?

We ship all over India for free for orders above Rs.999. Orders of a lesser value have a delivery fee of Rs.70. You will be able to view this information at the time of checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, you can exchange garments within 7 days of making the purchase. Please ensure that the garments are unused, are in the original packaging and have all the original tags. Once we receive the package, we will review and process the exchange. We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as SALE.

Do you have a return pick up service for items that I need to exchange?

Yes, we do. If you wish to exchange an item, you can contact customer care and we will facilitate the exchange at a charge which will be borne by you.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not accept COD.

What are the payment methods that are accepted online?

Online: We accept UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), and all major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and Maestro) for online purchases. You can also pay via net banking or use our affiliated online wallets.

What if the item I received is faulty/damaged?

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within the 7 day return period. If you have received a faulty item please follow the same steps listed above for exchanges. You will need to upload images of the damage in order for the team to investigate. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund the amount upon return.

What if an item I purchased is out of stock?

If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
